Micah is still plugging away. Of course, the work we all do on the house all hinges on something else. You have to do this, but first you have to do this to get it out of the way for this. Oh, but first you have to do that other thing to make room for that last thing. That's hard because that other thing needs someone else to do another thing before anything else can be done. So, the whole place is in various states of repair and construction, while the wallet depletes!
In the mean time, I do know that we're doing up all the permanent parts of the kitchen in neutral tones, and all my accents are going to be red! Now, Anna rolls her eyes and suggests that I can't just use red. Navy blue would be good too, she offers. She also suggested that for the living room. Well, I'm forging ahead with red. I like red. Right now I'm spray painting various jar lids red, and removing labels from the glass jars with Goo Gone. I plan to store kitchen items in them. I have no idea what yet, but I'm spray painting!
